What is the Covid Protocol while traveling with BGBP?

The health and safety of our travelers are our priority. All travelers are required to have a negative covid test 24 hours prior to traveling on any trip with BGBP as well as be fully vaccinated with proof. All BGBP travelers are required to follow all CDC, airline & country guidelines while traveling. 

 

Note: the US requires all passengers to have a negative covid test 24 hours prior to entering back into the states.

What is included in the price of a trip?

The total price of the trip includes hotel accommodations (double occupancy), round trip international flights, international connecting flights, hotel transfers + complementary BGBP Swag (T-Shirt, 50L backpack and a few other surprises).

 

What additionally can I purchase to maximize my trip?

Each traveler will have the option to purchase (for an additional cost to the trip cost) an "Activities Package" which will cover all activities to enhance the trips experience. (i.e. if traveling to Greece and traveler purchases the activities package, they will get to experience a photoshoot, RTV rental for sightseeing, and Catamaran day cruise - basically everything you want to do in Greece (or assigned location))

What is not included in the price of a trip?

Items that are NOT included in the trip are:

1. Airfare to and from the host domestic airport

2. Activities while traveling (unless purchased activities package by BGBP)

3. Food (Daily)

4. Spending Money (BGBP does not budget in personal spending)

5. Transportation while in country location (Ubers/Lyfts/Transfers to activities or around the country/city)

As a traveler, what am I responsible for?

All travelers are responsible for:

1. Purchasing their domestic flights to/from the host airport (chosen by BGBP)

2. All things that are mentioned in "what is not included in the trip cost"

3. Ensure that your government issued documents are up to date (i.e. Passports)

What happens when I confirm my spot for a trip and cannot make the trip anymore?

If you have paid your deposit to confirm your spot on a trip, this deposit payment is non-refundable, however, you are able to use this to confirm your spot on another BGBP upcoming trip. Other payments made to your trip are 50% refundable up until 120 days from travel date otherwise ALL cancellations made outside the 120 days of departure are non-refundable.

When will I know full itinerary (accommodations, length of time in each location, etc.)?

All confirmed travelers will know the full itinerary of the trip via the travelers portal, which will be given to each confirmed traveler after payment.

What if I am traveling alone? Will I get assigned a roomie?

If you are traveling alone, no worries. BGBP has got you covered. We will make sure that all travelers has a roomie as all accommodations are double occupancy.

 

What are the lodging accommodations? 

All rooms are double occupancy while traveling. Accommodations are with US chain hotels or 4 -5 star accommodates local to the country.

Is airfare customized per traveler or set for the whole group?

Airfare is NOT customized per traveler. All airfare set up by BGBP will be set up to leave from one domestic airport (based on trip destination) for the group.

Can I transfer my deposit to another person?

No, your deposit is not transferable to another another person. Each person is required to purchase a deposit for a trip. If a traveler is unable to attend the trip, their deposit can be used to confirm a future trip.

Is my deposit refundable?

No, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
